The website is not a valuation

Everything published here is general information about our firm and our services. It is not a valuation, an appraisal, or professional advice, and it must not be relied upon as any of those things.

A valuation from APP Appraisal exists only as a signed, written report prepared for a named client, for a stated purpose, on a stated basis of value, and as at a stated date. No page of this website carries any of those things. If you need a figure you can rely on, ask us for one.

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of error or omission, or that it is complete or up to date. Market conditions change, and information published here may become outdated.

Intellectual property
