MR. SORN SEAP
CHAIRMAN
Obtaining his BBA and MBA degrees from the National University of Management and Norton University respectively, SORN SEAP has merged his intricate academic knowledge and passion for the field of real estate.
A well-seasoned veteran of over a decade in the real estate and property valuation industry, Sorn Seap contributes his experiences and profound local real estate knowledge cultivated through his former works with renowned local and international real estate companies including Lee Real Estate, Bonna Realty Group, Knight Frank (Malaysia), Knight Frank (Cambodia) and Key Real Estate.
Versed in all aspects of real estate, his experiences have included intensive in-class training on property valuation in Malaysia, including field work on the supervisory and management levels.
Sorn Seap is currently the Executive Vice President for Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA), and he is also the Chairperson of judging panel for PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards.
MR. NGORN SOKUN RATHNA
GENERAL MANAGER
Ngorn Sokun Rathna joined Asia Pacific Property Appraisal Co., Ltd in January 2022 as the General Manager. He is responsible for developing effective strategies that will create a positive and highly engaged working environment. Empowering talents with high capacity and adaptability to drive the company’s business aspiration and sustainable growth is one of his key responsibilities. He had well understood on market feasibility studies, property valuation strategies, property investment strategies, market outlook, compulsory land acquisition and effects of globalization on property.
He has been thriving in local and international finance and banking sector since 2004 in General Manager, Operation Manager, Acting Finance Manager, Chief of Front Office Operation Unit and Branch Manager. He has been well-trained by professional trainer on valuation skill to follow the International Valuation Standard (IVS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standard, working with him, his clients are assured to receive a personal commitment associated with professionalism and consistency of a thoughtful valuer.
He obtained his master’s degree in Financial Management from Royal University of Law and Economics and his bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Norton University and his associate’s degree in English from Build Bright University.
MR. NOU CHANDY
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Nou Chandy has joined Asia Pacific Property Appraisal Co., Ltd. as Deputy General Manager since June 2022 until present. Before joining ASIA PACIFIC PROPERTY APPRAISAL CO., LTD., He has served with Khmer Foundation Appraisal Co., Ltd. (KFA) as Chief Operating Officer since August 2016 until May 15, 2022. He had worked as Valuation and Property Consultancy Director for 9 years with Bonna Realty Group from 2007-2015. And he had worked as Vice-President with Land and Houses (Cambodia) Investment Co., Ltd. (LHC) from November 2015 to July 2016. Mr. Chandy has over 10 years of experiences as Asset and Property Valuer and Consultant. He was invited to visit the Indonesian Real Estate Projects in Bali and Jakarta on April 2016 by the Summaracon Company, the second Largest Developer Company in Indonesia. He has participated various real estate and leadership seminars and trainings abroad such as Malaysia and Singapore.
He also attended the 19th Pre-Congress Meeting at Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia in 2015, which was organized by ASEAN VALUERS ASSOCIATION (the “AVA”). Has Attended ARENA Convention & Exhibition held at Berjaya Times Square Hotel in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia in August 2017, And he attended the 23rd AVA Congress “Valuation in the Midst of Pandermic Covid-19” Phnom Penh 24th – 25th November 2021 organized by Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA). Additionally, he was awarded Certificates of Recognition of Business Excellence in Business Management, Excellence in Marketing Management, Excellence in Quality Management and Excellence in Business Leadership from the BIZZ America in August 2019 in San Francisco, California, USA.
MS. AUN BOPHA
Director of Public Relations
Aun Bopha joined Asia Pacific Property Appraisal Co., Ltd as Director of Public Relation. She’s responsible for developing effective strategies that will create a highly engaged good working environment. Empowering talents with high capacity, flexibility and adaptability to drive the company’s business aspiration and sustainable growth. She had well understood on market feasibility studies, property valuation strategies, property investment strategies, market outlook, compulsory land acquisition and effects of globalization on property.
She has overall 19 years’ experience in management, leadership, strategy, staff development, coaching, training, human resource management, sales &marketing in automotive, banking and oil industry.
She gained BBA degree in Management from Western University. And she’s also a candidate of MBA degree at Western University. She has been well-trained by professional trainer on valuation skill to follow the International Valuation Standard (IVS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standard.
MR. AN PHORN
HEAD OF VALUATION
Mr. An Phorn is the Head of Valuation of Asia Pacific Property Appraisal Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he has been thriving in local and international finance and banking sector since 2007. Being well-regarded in the industry, he has deep connections and a wide range of Domestic-SME in Cambodia on client’s business, client’s financial report and client’s collateral valuations such as residential properties, commercial properties, shophouses, agricultural lands, petrol stations, warehouses, factories, private hospital lands, buildings and hotels. In the progress of his career, he provides professionally with a good manner in staff managing and teamwork leading that were coming up with the satisfactory result for the organization.
He has been well-trained by professional trainer on valuation skill to follow the International Valuation Standard (IVS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standard, working with him, his clients are assured to receive a personal commitment associated with professionalism and consistency of a thoughtful valuer.
