What we collect

We collect personal information in one situation only: when you choose to send it to us.

This website has no enquiry form and collects nothing from you as you read it. If you write to us — by email, on Telegram, or by telephone — we hold whatever you choose to put in that message: typically your name, contact details, the company you represent and the details of the asset you want valued. Nothing on this website collects personal information automatically — there is no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no behavioural profiling.

Your language preference is determined by which version of the page you are reading. It is part of the web address and is not stored on your device.

Why we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, and to carry out any valuation engagement that follows from it. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not sell it.

Who else sees it

Your message travels through the service you chose to send it with — your own email provider, or Telegram — and is then held in our email system. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are required to by law, or where you have asked us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to it and to meet our professional record-keeping obligations, and delete it after that.

Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@app-appraisal.com and we will respond.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
