APP Appraisal is a property valuation/appraisal company established in 2021 and offers a fresh approach to property valuation following the International Valuation Standard (IVS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standard, which some companies in the region have not yet been able to implement these standards. Implementing these two standards to ensure the accuracy and precision of their clients’ assessments. This business was founded on providing customers with exemplary service and a level of marketing sophistication not previously seen in our country.

Despite being a start-up company, the staff at all levels are fully competent enough to provide our clients with professional services. Currently, the company hires people with many years of experience and specific skills to train lower-level employees up to Top Management to make them more robust in the field of property valuation/ appraisal. With our unique professional team, we are all ready to serve the clients with high ethics and professionalism to achieve results beyond the clients’ expectations.
